IFM Homeless Services
Inter-Faith Ministries operates two year-round homeless shelters and one winter homeless shelter.
IFM case managers offer support and guidance to connect clients with community resources and to develop the life skills needed to achieve and maintain a healthy and stable home life. Each year, IFM shelters more 1,000 homeless men, women, and children.
If you or someone you know is in need of a place to stay call the Inter-Faith Inn at 316-264-8051 to speak to a case manager.
The Inter-Faith Inn opened in 1985. It is a 24-hour full-service facility, providing shelter, meals, clothing, and other basic living essentials for individuals, single parents, and families.
The Inn can provide shelter and meals for up to 50 homeless persons daily. Some have been on the streets for years while others find themselves without a place to stay for the first time in their lives. Case management staff provide support to the clients that helps them be successful in finding and maintaining permanent housing.
The shelter is located at 320 E. Central. To reach its staff, call 316-264-8051.
